Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling recruitment and selection (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
  • Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Managing joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.
  • Maintaining attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
  • Assisting in payroll inputs and coordination with accounts.
  • Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintaining employee files and documentation (physical & digital).
  • Assisting in performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensuring HR compliance and company policies are followed.
  • Supporting employee engagement activities.
