About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated HR Business Partner to oversee the complete HR lifecycle for our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, statutory compliance, seamless office management, and strategic HR support to leadership. The position also offers exciting exposure to multinational HR initiatives and projects across APAC regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end HR lifecycle of our team members.
- Oversee statutory compliance and licensing activities.
- Handle office management, including lease, rent, expenses, housekeeping, travel arrangements, internet, and documentation.
- Coordinate closely with Finance team on financial matters.
- Support Service level agreement, cross‑charges, and associated processes.
- Contribute to Global projects such as LMS, TMS, across the region
- Assist in day‑to‑day HR operations and routine tasks.
- Support formulation of new HR policies and guidelines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum level of English proficiency: CEFR Level – B2 or above
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in modern technology and tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and AI‑based tools.
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and HR operational systems/tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
