Role Description

This is a full-time HR Generalist role responsible for recruitment, managing employee lifecycle (including documentation), executing human resources policies, implementing and administering employee benefits programs, monitoring learning & development programs for employees, employee appraisals, taking part in conducting team-building activities and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements for our offices in Bengaluru, Udupi & Mangaluru. In addition, the applicant is expected to participate in various HR-related activities, such as employee engagement, and employee relations.

Qualifications and Pre-requisites

• Educational Requirement – MBA-HR
• 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attention to detail and administrative skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge & Understanding of hiring for wide skills (finance, operations, marketing, sales &technology)
• Good Microsoft Office, HR analytics & reporting Skills
