Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Kochi, Kerala. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production activities, planning and executing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing resources for efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production processes, monitoring operational output, and liaising with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflow and address production challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering- Freshers preferred
• Knowledge of solidworks- Preferred
• Expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
• Proficiency in implementing and ensuring Quality Control practices
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with management and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site production environment
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is an advantage
