Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage hiring, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding, documentation, and basic HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with candidates, posting jobs, screening profiles, maintaining hiring records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities in a growing company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and other hiring channels.
- Source and shortlist candidates for roles such as Research Analyst, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Content Writer, Data Analyst, and Technology roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or internship hiring.
