Job Description
Role Overview
The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, employee engagement activities, and basic performance management processes. The role will assist the HR Manager in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee records, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Experience
- 1–2 years of HR experience
- Exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or employee engagement preferred
- Experience in transport, logistics, mobility, or service industry will be an added advantage
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Support in sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals
- Assist in completing joining formalities
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Assist in exit formalities and offboarding processes
- Support onboarding training sessions and learning initiative
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee master data and HR records in HRMS
- Maintain employee documentation
- Assist in confirmation processes and employee lifecycle updates
- Maintain HR files, documentation, and policy records
- Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedure
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities
- Assist in organizing company celebrations, events, and recognition programs
- Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries
- Support communication initiatives and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related discipline preferred
