EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- 4–7 years of progressive HR experience in a GCC, BPO, tech services, or fast-paced multi-function environment
- Demonstrable HRBP experience: owning the people agenda for at least one business function
- Strong ER case management track record — disciplinary, PIPs, POSH understanding, and sensitive exits understanding of handling independently
- Experience running or co-owning P&C programmes (onboarding, culture surveys, R&R, engagement, wellness)
- Hands-on HRMS experience — any major platform (Darwin Box, Keka, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite; comfortable with data and building reports
- Graduate/Post graduate degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
