About the Rol

We are looking for a strategic, business-oriented, and people-centric Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders across multiple geographies. This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience supporting global teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) or professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD
  • Experience supporting employees across APAC, EMEA, North America, and/or LATAM regions.
  • Exposure to global mobility, international employment practices, and cross-cultural workforce management.
  • Experience working in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or other high-growth global organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading HR transformation, organizational change, and strategic people initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Coach and mentor leaders on people management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, talent review, promotion, and compensation cycles.
  • Analyze HR metrics and people analytics (attrition, engagement, headcount, diversity, productivity, etc.) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Employee Experience) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies across assigned geographies.
  • Support global mobility, cross-border workforce initiatives, and international HR programs where applicable.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace.
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and recommend talent development and succession planning strategies.
  • Participate in HR transformation projects, process improvements, and policy implementation to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders across multiple global geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations. Experience managing performance management, talent reviews, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics, dashboards, and people analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, consulting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural global environment.
