What makes the role meaty?
- You’ll get to explore every corner of People Experience - including but not limited to Early Talent, Employer Branding, Recognition - so if you love learning fast, this is your playground.
- Work closely with other HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, the Founder’s Office, and people leaders, broadening your understanding of how people and business priorities connect.
- You’ll understand the “why” behind people decisions and build both your analytical and strategic muscles (trust us, you’ll use them everywhere)
- You’ll own projects end-to-end, experiment with ideas, and see your work come alive—no “let’s shelve this for later” energy here.
- And yes, you’ll work in a culture that values action, learning, and a good laugh—because people work is serious, but it doesn’t have to feel serious all the time.
- Collaborate closely with leaders/people managers to shape people projects that strengthen our culture, boost performance, and make the way we work smoother and smarter.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, question the old way of doing things, and help improve our people systems with curiosity and intention.
- Support the creation and execution of recognition programs that make work feel more meaningful and more human.
- Keep our org structures sharp and updated, and use org design insights to help leaders make smart workforce decisions.
- Build clean, insightful dashboards and people analytics reports that turn data into clear, actionable decisions for teams across the organisation.
- Spot inefficiencies quickly and help simplify processes because good People Experience is all about making things easier, not harder.
We hope that you...
- Have at least 2+ years experience in People Experience—internships totally count if you bring curiosity and the hunger to learn fast.
- Have comfort working with data and an interest in understanding the story behind the numbers.
- Have basic to good skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Have a proactive approach to work, with an interest in solving problems and figuring things out independently.
- Have clear communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.
- Have interest in people programs and the processes that help organisations run smoothly and grow.
- Have a sense of ownership, flexibility, and readiness to take on new tasks in a dynamic environment.
