Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and cleaning datasets from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Support in building and maintaining Tableau dashboards to track KPIs and business trends.

• Perform exploratory data analysis on retail, brand, pricing, assortment, and digital shelf intelligence questions.

• Work alongside BA team members to document processes, frameworks, and methodologies for knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure all BA outputs align with business needs.

• Gain exposure to real-world retail use cases including pricing, assortment optimization, and digital shelf analytics.

• Develop data storytelling skills by turning analytical insights into clear narratives for leadership and customers.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management

• Business experience with retail or brand analytics (preferred)

• Data exploration and visualization (Tableau, Excel, SQL is a plus)
