Job Summary
The individual in this role will be mainly responsible for managing complete employee lifecycle -Talent Acquisition (50%) & Partnering with the Business (50%) with overall HR activities for the assigned functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Volume Call Centre Hiring)
- Sourcing and candidate outreach: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for call centre. This may involve online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach such as NGOs/Job Fairs/SDCs/NAPS.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, evaluating their experience, competencies, and suitability for the position.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance, support, and do the timely communication.
- Candidate Assessment and Selection: Assess candidate qualifications and competencies against job requirements and reference checks. Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary. Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing necessary information and support.
HR Operations & Business Partnering
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage and monitor end to end employee life cycle of the employees and ensure regular cadence and accountability of KPIs and other HR initiatives.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Coordinate orientation sessions, handle paperwork, and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
- HR Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements at the local, state, and federal levels. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up-to-date. Manage audits and investigations as needed.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, including vendors for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and other HR-related services as applicable. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and address any issues or concerns.
- Budget Management: Manage the HR budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure budgetary compliance and alignment with organizational priorities.
Professional Experience/ Qualification:
- Post Graduate with relevant experience of minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition (especially volume hiring of BPO workforce). as well as Business Partnering.
- Ability to work in an agile environment. Having worked in a start-up ecosystem is an added
advantage.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and stakeholder management
- Strong organizing & Project management skills
- High degree of creativity for developing target-based systems and practices collaborative and customer focused.
