- Employee Onboarding
- Attendance & Leave Management
- HR Documentation & Record Management
- Statutory Compliance
- Performance Management Support
- Training & Development Coordination
- Employee Relations
- Accreditation & Regulatory Support
- Policy Implementation
- Exit Management
- HR Reporting
- General Administrative Support
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in HRMS software
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge
- Documentation and record management skills
- High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Good organisational and time management skills
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in educational institutions, hospitals, or medical colleges will be an added advantage.
