Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd. The position located in Indore is a mid-level, full-time role. The HR Assistant will support HR operations, ensuring the effective execution of HR functions, including compliance management, talent management, and employee engagement.

Qualifications And Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in HR operations and proficiency is mandatory for this role (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in compliance management to ensure HR activities meet all regulatory standards.
• Strong talent management skills to support workforce planning and development initiatives.
• Experience in onboarding processes to facilitate seamless integration of new employees.
• Ability to support recruitment activities to select qualified candidates for various roles.
• Innovative in driving employee engagement programs to enhance organizational culture.
• Proficient in HR analytics to analyze data and provide insights on workforce metrics.
