About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Executive to manage HR operations while supporting customer relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and customers.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Support shift planning and workforce coordination.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
- Support business development initiatives and generate new business opportunities in Hosur and other regions.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA (HR), BBA, or any graduate with an HR specialization.
- Freshers must have successfully completed an HR internship.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of HR Operations experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- A proactive attitude with an interest in business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willing to work from the Hosur office.
