This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, administering employee benefits, maintaining HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves supporting HR management processes, including employee relations and organizational development initiatives.
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in Benefits Administration and expertise with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain professionalism
- Proficiency in HR software and familiarity with data analytics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior HR experience, particularly in benefits and compliance operations, is an advantage
