Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track interview feedback and update hiring status.

Offer & Onboarding

  • Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR operations for candidate onboarding and joining formalities.

Recruitment Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate pipeline in ATS/HR systems.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and SLAs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines.
  • Provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges.

Process Improvement

  • Support initiatives to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Participate in campus drives, bulk hiring drives, and employer branding activities.
