The Role

The HR Business Partner / Sr. HR Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance, and HR program execution. This position balances day-to-day HR support with project-based work aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities Include

Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
Coach managers on effective leadership practices, workplace issues, and employee engagement.
Respond to employee concerns and complaints, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
Support learning and development initiatives, including coordination and delivery of training programs.
Assist with onboarding, internal movement, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance requirements, including I-9 and FLSA-related processes.
Participate in and support HR projects that improve consistency, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners on initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
Five or more years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner-type role.

Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities
