Job Description

Delivery Leader in HRO domain - Hire to retire process.

Lead day-to-day delivery of HRO/BPO operations, ensuring consistent performance across all accounts.

Design and implement process frameworks, operating models, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations across multiple geographies.

Must have managed large engagements.

Should have experience in P&L responsibilities and handled large teams.

Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for operational growth and excellence.
