Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and internal teams
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress using internal systems
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
- Support onboarding coordination and documentation processes when required
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of technical roles or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms is an advantage
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
