PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant with 8–15+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PeopleTools development, integrations, reporting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM customizations.
• Develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Application Packages.
• Build and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST, and SOAP services.
• Develop reports using BI Publisher, PS Query, and SQR.
• Support PeopleSoft Image Updates (PUM), Change Assistant, and retrofit activities.
• Develop Fluid pages, dashboards, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
• Collaborate with functional teams and prepare technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM technical experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
