Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant with 8–15+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PeopleTools development, integrations, reporting, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM customizations.
- Develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Application Packages.
- Build and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST, and SOAP services.
- Develop reports using BI Publisher, PS Query, and SQR.
- Support PeopleSoft Image Updates (PUM), Change Assistant, and retrofit activities.
- Develop Fluid pages, dashboards, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional teams and prepare technical documentation.

Preferred
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
- Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) exposure
- Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, production support, and managed services
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–15+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM technical experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
