HR / Talent Acquisition Manager - remote

We are looking for an HR Manager / People Operations Lead to oversee hiring, onboarding, HR processes, and team development as Nanobag continues to scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, building HR systems from scratch, and helping recruit top talent globally. You will work closely with the founder and department leads to build a lean, high-performance team across marketing, operations, and creative roles.

We are hiring both part-time and full-time for this role.

• Manage end-to-end hiring across departments (marketing, operations, creative, finance)
• Screen large volumes of applicants and shortlist top candidates
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
• Build structured hiring pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Source talent globally via LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiter networks
• Develop relationships with agencies and recruiting partners
  

• Manage onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain HR documentation and contracts
• Implement HR systems and tools
• Ensure smooth internal communication and team alignment

• 5+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition
• Experience hiring for marketing, digital, or e-commerce roles
• Strong candidate evaluation and interviewing skills
• Experience screening large applicant pools efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Highly organized and systems-oriented
