Activities Involved Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Identify potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals). Screening and short-listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirements. Headhunting and networking Database Updating MIS Management Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions. Post openings on relevant platforms. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process. Candidate Relationship Management: Build rapport with candidates. Keep them informed about the recruitment process. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Assist in salary negotiations. Facilitate the onboarding process.
