About The Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in IT Infrastructure and Non-IT recruitment to manage the complete hiring lifecycle. The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding while ensuring timely closures.

Location: Andheri East, Saki Naka – Mumbai

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (IT Infrastructure Recruitment Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure and Non-IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Support campus hiring, walk-ins, and employer branding initiatives.
  
  

Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of IT Infrastructure recruitment experience.
• Experience in Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure roles such as Desktop Support, Network Engineer, System Administrator, NOC Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Server Administrator, and Technical Support.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment MIS.
