Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role located in Kanayannur. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes. The role also involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding
Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques and talent acquisition platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members and candidates
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with human resources policies and employment laws
Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in a similar role, especially in a corporate or professional environment, is an asset
