Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR role located in Roorkee, specifically requiring experience in pharmaceutical factory environments. The HR professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and coordination with department heads within the plant. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee benefits and records, supporting performance management processes, and addressing employee relations and grievances. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and factory regulations, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. The position offers a salary up to ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
  • The candidate should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with proven experience in a pharmaceutical factory or manufacturing setting.
  • The candidate should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including developing, implementing, and communicating policies and benefit programs in line with statutory requirements.
  • The candidate should possess skills in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle management, record-keeping, and handling employee relations and grievance resolution.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance, experience with HRIS or HR software, and familiarity with industrial relations in a plant environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
