Job Description

  • Role: HR Operations Associate
  • Experience: 1+ years

  • Location: Hyderabad (Brigade Towers)
  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve HRMS Help Desk tickets, ensuring accurate responses and timely closures as per defined TATs.
  • Handle employee queries received via email and HRMS, providing clear, professional, and timely responses.
  • Ensure strict adherence to turnaround time (TAT) for all help desk tickets and mail-based queries.
  • Provide prompt and effective support to employees by ensuring immediate acknowledgement and resolution of HR queries.
  • Coordinate with the Payroll team for arrears data preparation, validation, and timely sharing.
  • Handle onboarding approvals and employee profile approvals in HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Manage the end-to-end separation process, including resignation acceptance, tracking, and closure in HRMS.
  • Ensure timely completion of exit and separation clearances by coordinating with all internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and share relieving letters and other separation-related documents with employees within defined timelines.
  • Handle background verification (BGV) clearances by responding to verification requests and sharing confirmations via official email.
  • Drive active data follow-ups to ensure accuracy of employee records, exits, and status updates.
  • Scan, organize, and securely store Employment Agreements and related documents in the designated drive.
  • Coordinate and manage ID card issuance for new joiners, ensuring completion within the onboarding timeline.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role within the Human Resources department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Solution Oriented mindset.
