HR Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including managing teams for onboarding, Payroll, Employee data management, Performance Management, Transfers, exits, and compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with Operational goals
  • Ensure accuracy and security of employee records across HRIS & other platforms.
  • Drive standardization and automation of HR processes across geographies.
  • Monitor and report KPIs for HR operations and payroll to global and regional stakeholders.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure closure of findings with regional HR teams.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of SOPs and ensure training for HR teams on process change & practices.
  • Measure and track key HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and business outcomes.

Payroll Oversight

  • Act as custodian of payroll processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors and enforce performance KPIs.

Technology & Systems

  • Partner with HRIS teams to enhance system functionality and resolve issues.
  • Ensure effective functioning of LMS and other HR tech platforms.
  • Promote the adoption of digital tools for HR delivery and analytics.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, Training and Development, attrition and retention.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and mentor HR delivery teams within the GCC.
  • Collaborate with global HR leaders to align service delivery with strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service.

Performance Management & Goal Management

  • Develops and communicates the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the performance management.
  • Works with key stakeholders e.g. budget, strategy and C & B to establish link between Entity / BU and work on the Budget allocation, Merit salary increase and final budget utilization along with other variable pay.
