HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including managing teams for onboarding, Payroll, Employee data management, Performance Management, Transfers, exits, and compliance.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with Operational goals
- Ensure accuracy and security of employee records across HRIS & other platforms.
- Drive standardization and automation of HR processes across geographies.
- Monitor and report KPIs for HR operations and payroll to global and regional stakeholders.
- Lead internal audits and ensure closure of findings with regional HR teams.
- Conduct periodic reviews of SOPs and ensure training for HR teams on process change & practices.
- Measure and track key HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and business outcomes.
Payroll Oversight
- Act as custodian of payroll processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors and enforce performance KPIs.
Technology & Systems
- Partner with HRIS teams to enhance system functionality and resolve issues.
- Ensure effective functioning of LMS and other HR tech platforms.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools for HR delivery and analytics.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, Training and Development, attrition and retention.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and mentor HR delivery teams within the GCC.
- Collaborate with global HR leaders to align service delivery with strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service.
Performance Management & Goal Management
- Develops and communicates the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the performance management.
- Works with key stakeholders e.g. budget, strategy and C & B to establish link between Entity / BU and work on the Budget allocation, Merit salary increase and final budget utilization along with other variable pay.
