Your expertise will help to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience, ensuring we bring in individuals who not only have the skills but also align with our company culture and values. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead a team of recruiting professionals, providing mentorship and support.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve recruitment strategies.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other employment resources.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and career expos.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Implement and manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related technology.
- Coordinate with HR colleagues to maintain consistency and alignment in hiring processes.
- Champion diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Deep knowledge of the recruitment landscape and employment legislation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment metrics effectively.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
