Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chef with around 10 years of professional kitchen experience(veg/non-veg) to oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered. The candidate should have strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training junior cooks and helpers.
  • Plan and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for kitchen requirements.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and food quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Work closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience as a Chef or Senior Cook.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
Preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments.
  • Ability to manage menu planning and cost control.
