We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Operations (OP) within the pharmaceutical domain. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall people strategy.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Operations (OP) within the pharmaceutical domain. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, plant, R&D, and field roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Ensure strong candidate experience, interview coordination, and offer closure.
- Track and improve recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management - onboarding to exit.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and pharma-specific HR practices.
- Manage HR policies, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
- 8+ years of HR experience with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Mandatory experience in Pharma / Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
