Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Speak with client’s customer/engineers, investigate and communicate proper solution
- Input correct information on client’s systems
- Navigating through the system to provide holistic view to the customer
- Ensure SLA target are achieved
- Minimum 0-1 year of voice experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Word Doc, Outlook
- Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills
- Understands the need for confidentiality
