Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Kochi for the role of HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training. Responsibilities include implementing company policies, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and collaborating with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in payroll administration, benefits management, and policy implementation
• Skills in conflict resolution, organizational planning, and employee engagement
• Understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR management role; experience in the pet care industry is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
