HR Manager (Product companies)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Contribute to onboarding and off boarding processes
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
• Provide administrative support for performance management
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed
• Handle regular HR operations

Ideal Candidate

• 1.5 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
• Sound knowledge of HR functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS and HRIS systems
