We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee engagement, and administration. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build HR processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while supporting business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all business functions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee documentation, HR policies, and personnel records.
  • Handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, POSH, and other statutory compliances.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure documentation is updated and compliant.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration, vendor management, housekeeping, security, and facility management.
  • Manage office assets and ensure smooth workplace operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, confirmations, and employee development.
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.

HR Strategy & Reporting

  • Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
  • Monitor HR metrics including hiring, attrition, employee retention, and productivity.
  • Recommend and implement HR process improvements and automation.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in HR Operations and Administration.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience handling recruitment, compliance, and administration independently.
  • Experience in managing HR operations for a growing organization.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
