Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kottakkal for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing organizational policies, conducting training and development programs, and fostering a positive work culture. The role involves working closely with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Management
• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Standards
• Experience in Training, Team Development, and Performance Management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively on-site as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
