HR Manager – Institutional Hospitality

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions for a Facility Management organization, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in the FM industry, familiarity with manpower‑intensive operations, and strong knowledge of India-specific HR and labour regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and mid‑level FM roles (housekeeping, technicians, security, supervisors, engineers, etc.).
  • Partner with operations teams for manpower planning and forecasting.
  • Manage bulk hiring, client mobilizations, and rapid deployment for new site acquisitions.
  • Ensure accurate attendance, overtime, shift allowances, and site-level manpower updates.
  • Manage HRMS systems, employee database accuracy, and monthly MIS reports from the managed facilities.
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle is managed as per SOP at the managed facilities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and FnF.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with the labour laws
  • Manage contractor compliance, audits, and maintenance of statutory records.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and best practices relevant to the FM industry.
  • Resolve employee grievances across sites, ensuring timely action and documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and maintain discipline.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a Facility Management company (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, labour laws, and blue-collar HR processes.
  • Experience in handling multi-site operations and large workforce (500–2000 preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, manpower-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
  • Experience with bulk recruitment and rapid site mobilization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
