HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Design and implement change management programs to drive organizational change and improvement
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, and performance metrics
Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting and cost control

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
Strong knowledge of HR policies, HR strategy, and human resource management
Proven experience in change management and organizational development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and senior management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
