Job Description

Role Overview:

One of our client is looking for an HR manager. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while contributing to the overall success of our organization & Recruiting employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems.
  • Experience in employee relations.
