Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout)
- Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HRMS (Zoho People) with employee data, attendance, and leave records
- Draft and manage HR policies, agreements, and documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reimbursements
- Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns
- Maintain employee records and documentation (offer letters, NDAs, SOWs, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment
- Experience with HRMS tools (preferably Zoho People)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience in a startup or IT services company
- Exposure to contractual hiring / SOW-based engagements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
