We're looking for an experienced HR Manager who is a decision-maker, not just an implementer—someone who can build HR systems, drive strategy, and partner with leadership to support business growth.

📍 Location: Ludhiana (On-site)

💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years

⏳ Notice Period: Up to 30 Days

💰 CTC: Negotiable

✔ Take ownership of the complete HR function as an Individual Contributor

✔ Build and strengthen HR policies, SOPs, and scalable HR processes

✔ Drive HR decisions, not just execute existing processes

✔ Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

✔ Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance

✔ Handle both blue-collar and white-collar workforce with confidence

✔ Lead end-to-end recruitment for business-critical roles

✔ Resolve employee relations matters with maturity and sound judgment

✔ Use HR insights and data to support business decisions

✔ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
