Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Delhi, India. As an HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Daily responsibilities include formulating and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and employee benefits, handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring legal compliance. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Law
  • Skills in Payroll Management and Employee Benefits Administration
  • Proficiency in Performance Management and Employee Engagement Strategies
  • Strong Organizational Development and Change Management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and lead HR initiatives
  • Prior experience in finance, bookkeeping, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
