Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Kosamba, Surat. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. They will develop and execute HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include leading training and development programs, fostering a positive work culture, handling conflict resolution, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management and Strategic HR Planning skills
• Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
• Experience in Performance Management, Training, and Development
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Employee Benefits Management
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with HR software and tools
• Ability to build and sustain a positive work culture
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
