HR Manager (4 to 6 years )

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Tasks will include workforce planning, managing employee relations, developing training programs, maintaining records, and implementing best HR practices. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore, requiring active collaboration with various departments to support organizational goals and improve employee satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies, Performance Management, and Training Programs
• Knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and HR Best Practices
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
• Previous experience in an educational institution is an advantage
