Job Description
We are looking for an HR IT Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience in IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

- Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals for sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates till joining.
- Maintain candidate and hiring records.
- 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. ).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements.
- Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
