Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting in planning and executing innovative employee engagement initiatives, including themed events, workshops, and team-building activities
Supporting recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience
Coordinating creative onboarding experiences to ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new hires
Maintaining and updating HR databases and personnel records with precision and confidentiality
Creating and publishing compelling job posts across social media and job platforms to attract diverse talent
Collaborating on unique internal campaigns that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Drafting HR communications, event materials, and policy documents with a fresh, employee-centric approach
Researching and presenting new ideas and global trends in employee engagement, rewards, and recognition
Playing an active role in organizing and managing high-energy company events, festivals, and CSR activities
Providing administrative and creative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects
