Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage Payroll and attendance for employees
• Assist in HR Operations and employee onboarding
• Maintain HR records and reports using MS Excel / HR Tools
• Ensure smooth communication across departments and employees
• Support day-to-day administrative HR tasks

Key Requirements / Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or related field
• 1.5 – 2 years of experience in HR / Operations / Recruitment / Payroll
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR tools / HRMS
