Job Title: Senior US HR Executive
Location: Noida ( WFH on Wednesdays)
Experience: 1-5 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive/Senior Executive US HR to manage end-to-end HR operations for our US workforce. This role requires strong knowledge of US HR processes, compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee support, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hires for US operations
- Conduct background checks, drug/health screenings, and employment eligibility verification (I-9 compliance)
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with US labor laws and company policies
Benefits Administration
- Explain and administer employee benefits including Medical, 401(k), and leave policies
- Coordinate enrollment, changes, and employee queries related to benefits
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with benefits providers
HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR systems
- Support payroll inputs and coordination (if applicable)
Employee Support
- Address employment-related queries from employees, applicants, and managers
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate stakeholders
Immigration & Contracts
- Assist with US immigration-related documentation
- Support preparation and management of employment contracts and compliance paperwork
Stakeholder Support
- Assist company leadership with HR-related initiatives and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in US HR operations (preferably in staffing)
- Strong understanding of US employment practices, onboarding, and compliance
- Experience supporting US-based employees and time zone flexibility
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ATS platforms such as JobDiva or similar systems
- Prior experience in US staffing
