Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan employee engagement activities and team events
- Manage rewards & recognition initiatives
- Conduct employee feedback and pulse surveys
- Support employee well-being and retention initiatives
- Drive positive workplace culture
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (IT & non-IT roles)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and hiring tracker
- Support onboarding and induction process
- HR Advisory & Employee Support
Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries
Assist in policy clarification and HR compliance guidance
Support performance management discussions
Maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and documentation
Manage leave records and attendance
Assist with payroll inputs and coordination
Ensure HR policy adherence
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws
Familiarity with HRMS tools / Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-growing environment
Positive attitude and ownership mindset
MBA / Any HR-related degree
0–3 years of relevant HR experience (IT industry preferred)
