Role: Sales Development Representative
Work experience: 3+ years
Work Location: Infopark Phase II, Kakkanad
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
• New customer acquisition activities, including lead generation and sales funnel development
• Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research
• Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients
• Assessing client requirements & creating database of new clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience as a business development or sales executive, with exposure to IT customer support will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (optional)
• Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport
• Time management and planning skills.
