We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR to support our human resources team in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to our employees, management team, and organization as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee issues, conflicts, and performance management.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including labor laws and employment standards.
- Employee Communications: Develop and implement internal communications to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and procedures.
- Training and Development: Assist with training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- HR Projects: Assist with special HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and company-wide events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
